Rental Terms

Booking and verification

No walk-ins. Send your documents online first; our team verifies them and tells you when to come.
Only the verified renter may claim the vehicle at the garage or receive it on delivery. No representatives.
The renter leaves one valid ID with EasyRide during the rental (UMID, National ID or PRC ID; or a passport or updated NBI clearance). A driver's license cannot be the ID left.

Refundable security deposit: ₱2,000 for cars, van and big bike; ₱1,000 for scooters.
A ₱500 reservation fee secures your slot and forms part of the deposit. Staff request it only after confirming the unit is available.
The remaining deposit and the full rental fee are paid on release. Payment details are sent by EasyRide staff only.
Credit card payments are accepted via a PayPal payment link with a 7% service fee.
Rates are VAT exclusive. The final total is confirmed by our team.

If you cancel, the reservation fee and any deposit paid are forfeited. Reservations are non-transferable.

Release, pickup and return happen between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Return time is the same as pickup time.
Extensions must be requested at least 12 hours before the return time. Excess hours are charged per hour.
Cars and the van can be delivered and retrieved within Metro Manila for ₱800 each way (not available in Valenzuela, Malabon, Caloocan and Novaliches). Scooters and the big bike are picked up at the Pasay garage.

Return the vehicle with the same fuel level as released. Short fuel is charged a ₱300 service fee plus the cost of the missing fuel.
A car wash or interior cleaning fee applies if the vehicle is returned dirty, as assessed by staff.
Load RFID only with the amount you need; excess load is not refunded.
A ₱100 fee applies if the rental contract is not returned.
