EasyRide Car & Moto Rental ("EasyRide", "we") is managed by SJA Travel and Tours and operates from Gamban Ext., Pasay City, Metro Manila. We respect your privacy and handle personal data in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
What we collect
- Contact and booking details: your name, mobile number, email, Messenger or WhatsApp account, the vehicle and dates you request.
- Verification documents: driver's license (including the LTMS screenshot), government IDs, billing statements, delivery receipts, NBI clearance, passport, International Driving Permit, flight ticket and hotel booking, depending on what applies to you.
- Rental records: your rental agreement, payments, deposits, and vehicle release and return records.
Why we collect it
- To verify your identity and driving eligibility before releasing a vehicle.
- To process your booking, payments, deposits and refunds.
- To protect our vehicles and renters, and to act on accidents, damage, traffic violations or loss.
- To comply with legal, tax and regulatory requirements.
How we share it
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only when needed to complete your rental (for example, with PayPal when you pay by credit card), when required by law or by authorities, or to protect our legal rights.
How long we keep it
We keep your data only as long as needed for your rental and for legal, tax and claims purposes, then delete or securely dispose of it.
How we protect it
Documents are reviewed by authorized EasyRide staff only, and we take reasonable organizational, physical and technical measures to keep your data safe.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to its processing, or withdraw consent, subject to legal limits. You may also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
This website
The booking form on this site does not store your details. It prepares a message that you send to us yourself on Messenger or WhatsApp. This site shows content from Google Maps, Facebook and Google Fonts,; these services may collect data under their own privacy policies.
